Staff in here, definitely in need of some training in customer care . Wile collecting a parcel from evri last week, ( 6th November 25 at 4.45 ish ) I got eyes rolled at me and ignored. I saw a girl to the left of me, stomp off holding a parcel, and then another girl waiting for a good wile holding a parcel, wile a staff member stood looking on his phone, he didn't acknowledge i was even there . I Felt like I was stood there for an eternity, wandering why i was been ignored. I asked the girl waiting, what was the process of collecting a parcel, and why was she stood waiting, she said the internet was down, so the staff member was waiting for it to load , ohh ok, now I understand. That's fine I repeated, but why couldn't the staff member tell me "I'm sorry for the wait ,and shall look for your parcel wile it's loading " to save time. I feel like they see picking up parcels are a burden to them, and seemed annoyed. Hence why the 1st girl stormed out . Very unprofessional. most people including myself would buy products as well as collecting their items off evri . But unfortunately, it has put me off for future. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to customers, you never know who we are. Having a shop myself, good manners go a long way, I'd never treat my clients how I was treated . This definitely needs adressing, before there are no customers left .

I’m always made to feel like collecting my parcels has ruined the workers day. They never say hello or smile, in fact one of them walked past me and said parcels were a pain in her back side. They always seem unhappy about serving parcels, and this shop is my last resort for collection and their attitude and lack of customer service makes me not spend any money in there.

Staff are rude! Well 1 member of staff is so unbelievably rude my parcel wouldn't send which I get is annoying but to be slagged off to other customers while I am stood there is disgusting, saying I am messing him around, when i really wasnt! But I hate using this shop because of him he rolls his eyes soon as you say parcel, i will only use it if i have too. Came out the shop and my child said that man is rude and she's 7 years old! I understand we all have bad days but every time I have been in he has been rude and moaning.. He should not be working with the public with the attitude he has! I'd rather walk the extra mile to another shop for my parcel then have to deal with him.

Well, the negative reviews here are very much out of date here. I use this shop regularly for bits of shopping and parcel drop off, and I always found all staff really helpful, friendly and polite, without exception! One of my parcels went missing in transit recently( at the buyers end). Staff did their utmost to find out which depot was handling it, and gave me advice and contact details. Today I rang the shop with a question about their parcel drop off service, before I brought my parcels in. Rang a couple of times, but it rang off. Obviously they were busy. Then I was amazed to get a call from the gentleman who was working out the back, who had seen I’d tried to call. He was very helpful and advised me. First class traditional old fashioned service, from real people!

Oldish lady on the night 6th Dec. Not sure what you want customers to do, if you don't want customers walking on the floor and messing up your work don't mop whilst the store is open. It's a 5 minute job that tbh just creates a health and safety issue as it's already slippy outside. There's no real need to be snapping and been snotty to customers over it. TBF, everytime Ive visited and you've been on you are rude. Maybe time to retire or change jobs.

This Nisa is in what was the old Co op store. Good stock for a small store selling all essentials, meal deals, alcohol ect. Bit pricey on some products but also have deals on if you look for them.
