Store and staff very good. But the disability parking is disgusting. These disabled bays must be at the front of the store. Not the side on a slope. Please change this and it be a five star.

Absolutely crap now after the refit. Used to come a few times a week but its not got anything decent in anymore so wont be. Just been turned into a B&M with shelf stock, got rid of all the freezers with only 1 row now, and only one 2 fridges down the side.

A very nice discount supermarket in the old cinema at Derringham Bank It is well served by public transport EYMS 35, 56 and 51. There is a small carpark to the rear of the store. All of the major discounters seem to have difficulty sourcing goods since we we left the single market so reliable availability is poor. But if you are happy to shop in a hit and miss manner it is fine. Competitive prices but leaving the single market seems to have impacted the ability to get regular reliable stock.

First time i've been in this Heron store & it was well worth the visit, its very large inside probably biggest one i've been shopping in. I went in for a particular item that i always buy from Heron but there was none of the flavour i preferred so ask the manager if there was any in the back to come out because a lot of the staff were busy stacking the shelves to keep everywhere stocked up. The staff where very polite & the store was very clean with offers everywhere you looked. When i asked the manager if there was any in the back he couldn't see any but then while i was waiting in the queue he came looking for me with a full box that had just arrived so brilliant customer service which means a lot so this is another reason i'll certainly be back.

Positives - Large car park Spacious store Competitive prices Wide choice of items. A huge negative - No pedestrian walkway from the car park to the store. So dangerous!

Great range of products. I particularly head for 'x sell' freezer for the top deals. Most of the food is rejected by high profile supermarkets when the products are perfectly OK. Otherwise, the store is well laid out and staff are very helpful. You can't beat it!!
