Great accommodation, had a wonderful family break, plenty of room, very clean and didn't need for anything. Host's were great
Comfy beds & well furnished, walls were painfully thin & could hear the neighbours, a half pint of milk would’ve been a nice touch. Some MDF skirting boards starting to give way in the bathrooms…
Stayed here with my bridal party the night before my wedding and with my husband on my wedding night. Perfect location, you really do have a beautiful view over the fields from the front bedroom. The kitchen and living room area was perfect for the MUA and hairdresser to work in to get us ready and each bedroom has its own en suite which was a nice added bonus, when 6 of us were trying to get ready.
Lovely cosy room ideal for short stay. Any longer than a week I would more like upgrade to a bigger cottage. Host met us on arrival . Lovely scenery and villages not to far away. Would stay again
Good place for 6 people although unfinished, it offers a good place for exploring the local area. Hosts are nearby if there are issues and there is the space for 6. More than that expect to be on makeshift beds.
Really nice place to stay,nice and quiet,didn't get a very pleasant welcome because we were 20 minutes early to book in at 3pm,but had travelled 380 miles to get to bay tree cottage,must say will was very nice though,great location for going to see motogp at Silverstone!
Lovely place. Felt like we were much more further away from the city because its in a lovely quiet village on a farm but the cottage itself felt quite modern. Lovely hosts.
Pleasant accommodation with comfortable beds and a spotless living area, though it is attached to others and although it has separate seating the outside area is shared which isn't clear in the advert. The car park can get full when there are cooking nights etc. going on. Unfortunately we did not find the hosts hospitality outstanding.
