I love Next! The selection is clothes is fab, the sizing is great; an 8 means an 8, unlike at some places. It’s well priced and you can get some good basics or some really nice pieces to compliment your wardrobe. The staff are always nice enough as well.
Went to buy numerous items here and when my arms were full I took the pile to the counter and said to the girl serving "I'm buying all of these items can you get them ready I'm just going to pick some more thing" when I went back to the till with 2 more items she was nowhere to be seen and another member of staff had returned everything to the places they came from. Terrible customer service: she just couldn't be bothered
Nice location. Clothes very high end and expensive however. There didn’t seem to be a massive selection however the store was clean, clothes were labelled well and were of high quality and the staff seemed hard at work! No issues
Excellent service from Michelle in the Men’s section regarding a delicate situation. Staff like this are a credit to the company.
I had to travel to the UK on short notice and stay longer than expected. I told my wife back in the States I was going to buy some clothes, and she asked me to pick her out some underwear and a bra. I asked the lovely and very courteous Ms. Jenny for advice on sizing, which would have been slightly embarrassing for me as I am somewhat old fashioned, but she was a consummate professional and answered my questions and helped me get what my wife asked for. Checking out, Alfie was also super helpful and answered questions I had about laundering some menswear I bought for myself. A well managed, clean, organized store with a great crew.
