   No customer service skills. Went here tonight to do some shopping and get a freshly made pizza from the pizza counter, upon going to the self checkouts and having no problem last thing to scan was the pizza but unfortunately there was no barcode so we asked help to come over … a very unhelpful asda worker came over and said because it’s not got a barcode it can’t be scanned and was told we would need to go back to the pizza counter take a picture and bring it back to him so he could do it, upon my partner questioning him whether he was asking us to go do it for him he replied yes we are understaffed. I have never been in a supermarket and been asked to actually do their job. All the asda’s I have been in this is the worst. Only got 1 star so I could leave a review.

   Please note : This review is specifically about Asda delivery drivers/service which I find exceptional. Because of disabilities and no car I am unable to attend the store. I have Fibromyalgia and a busted knee (due to be operated on shortly). I struggle with mobility and pain. Climbing the entrance stairs to my apartment is both arduous and slow. I've asked your delivery people if they would be so kind as to take my shopping to the kitchen space and a number of employees have obliged. Without that support, I might not be able to receive my weekly shop without medical consequences. Because of delivery driver flexibility around disability needs, I have been able to repeat order with Asda in confidence. The drivers have all been courteous, approachable people. Please can the drivers involved in my deliveries be commended - they work their behinds off! Thank you for looking after me and taking that extra few minutes to make sure everything is received well. I am very satisfied with the service.

   Large supermarket with a free outdoor car park and free customer bathrooms. The shop has a good selection of food, home accessories, and clothing. However, the clothes section doesn’t have any changing rooms. This makes it a bit inconvenient, especially if you usually need to try on more than one size to find the right fit. Because of this, I’ll likely end up buying fewer clothes from here.

   Asda Blackpool is a huge store. They had everything I went in for. However, there is always a long queue for customer service and the lottery. Although the staff do their best.

   4 disabled spaces taken up for a skip. Surely there is another place it could have been put? Disabled parking is already very limited at this store. On this occasion i couldn't get a disabled space and had to park further away in a space where I couldn't open the door fully to spin round and twisted my knee in the process.

   If i could leave minus stars I'd leave a minus 30 star. Delivery so bad after 2 attempts for one shopping load. Absolutely diabolical they cant get that right, i need a delivery at times because of my disabilities mean i personally cant do a physical shopping trip, but they couldn't deliver so i had no option but to cancel and request a refund.

   So had Breakfast in the Cafe, it says on the wall FRESHLY PREPARED FOR YOU, TO EAT IN OR TAKE AWAY, it would seem you knew I was coming, so you prepared it the day before! everything about it was overcooked, eggs hard, Bacon done to a crisp, beans been stewed for a while, Hashbrown Shell, the potato in side must a done a runner, so overall not Good. Perhaps it was just a bad day? But I won't be back to see if it got any better.

   Clearly keeping all the Prime in the back, it's not what you know. Asked a member of staff if they had any after seeing a lady coming out with 2 bottles of Ice Pop at the rear door by the cakes who then proceeded to walk through to the self scan tills blatantly showing them off and chatting to staff, to be told 'no we haven't got any'. This was at 10am on Sunday 27th November, don't have the staff members names as walked away. These were not the last ones as was posted on Social Media later that afternoon that some had been put out of the same flavour so clearly keeping them back.

   I called in just after lunchtime today for a snack and cup of tea. The lady behind the counter told me there wasn’t any available hot drinks of any type. No explanation was given. I asked about a cold drink. I was told there wasn’t any cold drinks either. No explanation was given. I said I wasn’t prepared to buy any food without a drink and left the cafe. How is this possible? Especially as the store has racks full of all sorts of cold drinks. Absolutely appalling service.
