   If looking into booking this place I'd strongly advise against. From the first moment of arriving there has been nothing but issues and let downs. First of all we turned up too the property to be greeted by an extremely rude man asking why we was here, with having no reception or clear instructions how to even gain access too the property we knew it was already going to be a hassle, after having too ring round too even gain access after paying for a room we was then failed too be told what actual room number is resulting in waiting in a hallway for a further 20 minutes. The room booked was advertised with a private bathroom of which is none existent, now the room it's self is basic at best and hasn't been cleaned in what looks like a long time, the "drink station" area is placed between 2 very unhygienic toilets both of which was left unflushed with human excrement in. The coffees and milk was out of date and the tea bags are just left on the side, overall i think this place really needs looking into, and please learn from our experience do not book here!

   Our original accommodation had been cancelled 2 days before arrival and this was our alternative. Landlady was so friendly and polite and the accommodation was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again.

   It's a second hand shop now got a reclining couch and chair for 40 quid and delivers at that price what a bargain love it you should pop in and have a look if you ever get caught at railway lines

   I felt in danger in this place, several drunk people during night were speaking loud in front of my door or window. No possibility to open the window in the room.
