Great place, absolutely fantastic atmosphere, so comforting and comfortable, got my belly done and honestly all my nerves were completely gone because of how talkative and funny the guy that pierced me was! Piercing looked absolutely fantastic after aswell i was so so happy with everything, definitely recommend!!

He even removed a rejected piercing for me at no charge, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. Recently went here for my first piercing (septum) and I was extremely anxious, as I've always had needlephobia. Darryl was incredible from start to finish, an absolute gent and professional at what he does, he managed to calm my nerves and keep my smiling and laughing throughout. He did my piercing as perfectly as could be imagined, right in the 'sweet spot' that is discussed for septum piercings as the pain was very minimal and despite my slightly broken nose the placement looks perfect. Despite it not hurting much, It tipped my anxiety and I did go pretty faint for a good 15 minutes or so, and Darryl was infinitely kind, helpful, patient and funny for that duration, just making conversation and cracking jokes to me whilst nursing me back to normality. Don't let the flashy exteriors and websites of the other shops in town fool you, this is where to go for a good and safe piercing experience especially if you are nervous. It's not corporatised customer service, Darryl is an artist who will treat you both as a person and a canvas for his art, and he takes pride in both.
Great guy! He was super friendly and made sure I knew of the warnings and stuff. Done super quick and great price. Once again very friendly and made me feel welcomed! Definitely will be going in the future for other piercings.

I was given an apointment on the day I called, went there and was very well informed about the peircings and the pain there gonna cause. They were very nice and helped me not stress over whats gonna happen. Would recommend.
I got my lip pierced by one of the most amazing piercers I have ever met. Would highly recommend going to the gem. So lovely and welcoming and great crack. I will definitely be going back for more piercings!
