   Couldn’t see the product I wanted on the downstairs shelf so asked a lovely assistant who guided me upstairs and then came up herself to see if I found the correct area . Second Lady up there checked price for me when I realised it was the wrong product. None on shelf so She then went off to see if any in stock room. First two ladies reappeared and accompanied me downstairs. Third lady checked item barcode on shelf to if there should be stock and returned with what I wanted . Nothing too much trouble and lovely , helpful staff.

   I went just now to collect my prescription. I arrived at 4.55pm but the doors were already closed. I understand that staff would like to leave after a day's work, we all do but this is a poor show. It shows a lack of respect to customers.

   I always use boots in Fareham for my repeat prescription. Staff are friendly, store is clean. Lift to upper floor for photo printing and kids/baby section. No complaints.

   We visited the opticians today, and they seemed inundated with staff. However, most were pleasant. Our optician is a fab gentleman who has been there a long time. The area of the store was pretty clean and tidy aside from a few pairs of glasses that needed to be returned to the display. A trainee took care of our paperwork when picking glasses. They were happy and nice, clearly enjoying the new job, even when uncertain about some aspects of the job. Overall very good visit

   Was shopping for a hairdryer (for my daughter) At first couldn't see them, so asked a young lady who was a member of staff... She took me to the isle where they were... Plenty of selection in a varied price range. Great customer service, and the lady on the till was very nice too. Good old fashioned British customer service. Thankyou.

   This boots in Fareham is an old store so a bit tired, don’t expect all the bells and whistles of a modern beauty hall but not a bad selection. Lots of the usual toiletries with an upstairs of Christmas gifts. Downstairs there is an opticians and pharmacy along with a food to go area. Compared to the likes of Savers and Superdrug boots is more than a bit pricey but there’s plenty here to browse for day to day items as well as seasonal gift ideas.
