   I can only say I had an extremely positive experience from start to finish. I was actually on my way to another bodyshop and saw Elite as I was passing by. So I popped in and spoke to Andy who is one of the managers and was immediately re-assured that they went about repairing cars in the right way and to the highest standard. You are given updates throughout the repair process and when I picked up my car after the repair, I can honestly say, it's as good as new. The workmanship is of the highest quality. I would without hesitation recommend Elite to my friends and family with absolute confidence. Thanks Elite, great job!

   Elite Body Repair had my Porsche GT4 for 18 months to complete insurance-funded repair work totalling £71,000. When the car was finally returned, the driveshaft fell out after not being affixed correctly. Instead of taking responsibility, Elite Body Repair accused me of sabotaging the vehicle. Two independent inspection reports later proved extensive substandard workmanship, including underbody repairs that were dangerously poor. The methods used to clamp the car to their jig were not manufacturer-approved, confirming they do not understand or follow the correct procedures for repairing high-end vehicles. The insurer ultimately had to declare the car a total loss, as fixing Elite’s work would have cost a further £80,000. This entire ordeal took three and a half years to reach resolution. Every interaction was a battle — they deflected blame, ignored evidence, and failed to uphold any professional accountability. If you ever have to deal with them, document every phone call and email. It has been a painful, drawn-out process that I would never wish on anyone. Do not trust Elite Body Repair with your pride and joy.

   Elite did a great job of re-spraying my front bumper and removing a couple of dents. The workmanship is first rate. Both paint and paint-less, the results are amazing. Two quite deep dents in awkward places were worked out and are now completely invisible. They re-sprayed the bumper, the finish and paint match are great. The whole car looks excellent. Andy was engaging and easy to work with, suggesting sensible options and solutions. Great customer service. Thank you!

   Bodywork carried out and repaired within the timeframe quoted(2weeks) excellent job very little intrusion to repair the panel/sill on the nearside of a VW California Campervan That said no contact for the initial 2.5 months & had to chase them due to lost instructions from my insurance Co . As soon as I didn’t require a courtesy car the work was started within days so if the communication was as good as the work it would be a 5 star review

I was kept up to date with progress once the works was nearing completion. Fantastic service and staff were very friendly.
