   Needed a measurement and some advice on rings for a replacement wedding band. Been married nearly 20 years so I was devastated when I lost my ring this year. I was served by KariAnne and she was super knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.    Went for child's ear piercing because of good reviews but were bitterly disappointed. Ears were done but one was in the wrong spot (the dot was missed but sometimes this happens and were told to come back at a later date to redo). We have evidence of the markngs and resultant piercing that missed the spot. Afterwards we were not happy so spoke with customer services UK and were told to go back to the store to resolve as is standard policy. Easy or so we thought. Off we popped to be met by a highly confrontational rude manager that done the piercings. Ignored our child who was happy to return, blamed her moving (never happened) and then told us that we should go else where in future. The manager was rude and clearly lacking any customer service skills. This was all witnessed by other shoppers whom we have details for (thankyou for the help). We await your reply. I'd avoid at all costs.

   Leaving to find our wedding rings 10 days before we are due to be married was stressful but after visiting H Samuel and being served by Karie Ann we found my fiancé's ring. Which would be instore to collect in 5 days time. Karie Ann was really knowledgeable and helpful regarding information about my engagement ring which needs to be resized. Great experience and a joint effort from Daren at Ernest Jones. Would definitely recommend.

3. Tunnel Vision ★★☆☆☆

   Purchased a gold rope chain for £280. Broke within 2 weeks. Today I went back in. The larger or the two woman served me. Very grumpy. I don't care if there's only 2 staff all day. I'm a paying customer. She told me how it broke and was positive of how it broke... You don't work in hatton garden you work at h Samuel who are you to tell me how it broke? To top it off they quoted me £39 to fix it; double the price of other shops.

   Just order some daimon ring online and when I went to shop for collection, they told me they haven't got it yet!! Its been nearly 20 days!!i still paying the ring but there is no ring!! Very bad costumers service!!

   Grsat service. Partner bought my engagement ring here and said he couldn't of had better service. We went back for our wedding rings. The staff remebered us and had a good friendly chat. The manager was soo helpful- very knowledgeable about products, promos and care for the rings before and after wedding. Unfortunately the ring I wanted was out of stock but she helped show alternatives in my price range and I found one I loved even more and cheaper! Will definitely go back in future.
