Was served today by a lovely young lady called Charlotte. She was incredibly helpful and friendly with an exchange especially with someone who is quite anxious like myself. She also gave me information on my Pandora account points and discounts :)
Unhelpful staff, sent me to mk rather than order online (which mk had to do)
Everything seemed to be displayed in groups. Not much signage. The store had no direction of where to look in how it was arranged. Bit of a free for all or pot luck to come across the charms, I was looking for.

Everytime I've been in here the staff are absolutely excellent and nothing is to much trouble for them, on this particular day unfortunately I didn't buy anything as i couldn't find exactly what I needed, the shop assistant did everything and more to help and find what I needed, and this is the kind of service you come to expect. Many other stores could take a leaf out there book on customer service. Well done Pandora Bedford Merry Christmas

If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have as the staff were so friendly and helpful today and most of all I’d like to thank Ondreya for her excellent customer service skills and telephone manner. A very smart minimalist shop and well turned out staff but I can't understand why the items on display in the cabinets are marked as from £££. Why not just be up front and price the items individually. The store was busy, we were just waiting to ask a price and gave up after about fifteen minutes and walked out. It's just a waste of the staffs and customers time if the're just inquiring about a price, I could see other customers waiting and getting fed up. It's not the staffs fault as they were all dealing with customers, the finger must surely point to the marketing department and management strategy. Posted 2017. Update to follow: 27th Sept 2020. To be fair I must now update my review from 2017. The good news is that the items on display are all individually priced and clearly visible to see. I have shopped there several times since.
