   Best jewellers i've ever used, so helpful and knowledgeable. I have had my diamond wedding ring completely re-made and its exactly what i wanted. Eddie is now re-setting a solitaire necklace for me. They have some lovely pieces in the showroom too! Eddie and Nina have been amazing throughout the whole process. I wouldnt go anywhere else and can highly recommend. Natalie.

My engagement ring was handed down to me from Mum which was originally my Nans, it was gold which I don’t wear so had a platinum shank put on it and Im honestly over the moon with it.    Very disappointing experience, i think there is an r missing in the name cook! Wrong stone put in my ring, i tried to cancel as invoice said i would be contacted, no contact and job done so had to pay to get my ring back to take it somewhere else to have stone taken straight out, waste of money.

   Had the most amazing service! Telephoned the shop to say I had some ear rings in need of repair and asked if it was something they could do. I was advised to pop in and they would happily take a look. I did just that and a couple of hours later I had a pair of beautifully repaired ear rings! They were repaired on the spot, while I waited. Very friendly and a great service. Thank you.
