Bought a watch strap in June worn it 3 times & the back of the strap was crumbling off. I took it back and it seems I'd bought old stock! I got a refund but on getting home I realised they'd charged me £5 for fitting the strap! Didn't get that refunded though!!
Absolutely flawless service from start to finish and the ring was beyong my expectations. Made 1 ring out of 2 for my wedding ring, and WOW!! perfect craftmanship, kept to agreed price even though it was a tricky job. Would definatley recommend and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else.
My wedding ring arrived and was too tight. Another jewellers could'nt help me, but these guys stretched it to the perfect size there and then, and charged me nothing. Great service!
Went in for a Confirmation cross. They could not have been more helpful in helping us decide on both the pendant and then the chain, that we wanted. Made small alteration, without being asked, to make the chain run more freely. Benefits of having in-house workshop. Highly recommend
Peter and the whole team were absolutely fantastic! I need a bespoke wedding ring making to fit around my engagement ring and Peter did a beautiful job! Everyone commented on how beautiful it was and how well they fitted together! Peter listened to the sort of ring I wanted and made sure it was perfect! Cannot recommend them enough.
My wife needed her wedding diamond ring enlarged and claws re-made as they had worn after 30years. Peter was so good at explaining what he needed to do and the price was very reasonable to do the work. When we collected the ring he had done such a geart job and more than required. My wife was over the moon at the quality of work and the professionalism. Would definitely recommend them.
I would normally rate this place with 5 starts however.............after being a loyal customer for many years I today feel "stung". Three years ago I needed a battery in my watch and this was the second time fitted here, £15 and all was good, today same watch so same battery but the cost was £30. I understand inflation but this is one price rise too far. The shop was closed throughout August so I hope I am not making up for lost revenue. Sadly I will now try elsewhere.
Last week was the first time I’d ever visited this jewellers. I’d previously been to 2 other reputable ones who would of needed to send my jewellery off for a quote/repair which is just longggg. The man in the shop was smart, pleasant and polite and quoted me happy……what more could you want! He repaired my bracelet while I went and got my nails done at a great price too. I definitely recommend Barovic and will know where to go in future!
Very helpful and friendly. Fixed/resized 2 pieces of jewellery for us. One small error was made when collecting but was fixed within 20 minutes. Brilliant prices and super customer service. Will definitely use again!
