Went to this store last night to change a ring size . The ring I had purchased for My Wife was just a little extra I had bought for her, among other Gifts for our Silver Wedding Anniversary, so it wasn't an expensive one. However , we were treated as if we had bought a very expensive Item of Jewellery! Zlada greeted us & was extremely welcoming & Professional & friendly, alongside the Lady who was being trained. We were offered hot or Alcoholic drinks, which was a lovely idea. My wife's ring was quickly changed to the correct size. The Decor & design inside this store is also very nice & plush . . Would recommend for Purchasing & customer service .
Hannah was so helpful, she listened to my wishes and made sure I am comfortable and I am 100% happy with my purchase. Perfect service, not pushy, paying attention to the customers needs.. it was very pleasant visit and beautiful purchase for myself.

I popped into the Tag part of the jewellers to have a quick look at the watches. Hannah helped me pick out the watch I was looking for, even though I did not buy the watch, Hannah still helped me to figure out possible finance options for the watch and also let me try on the watch. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Would definitely go again
The only place we will ever go for our jewellery based on the service and how friendly everyone is. Purchased a bracelet for my wife’s birthday and brilliant service from Emma who is an asset to the store. Despite it being really busy Emma was brilliant at helping me choose the right bracelet and also gift wrapped it for me. We wouldn’t go anywhere else after purchasing our wedding rings here. We bought a hearts on fire wedding ring in Costa Rica and when we moved to the UK we noticed a tiny damage on it. We took it to Beaverbrooks and they guided us through the process of fixing it and based on their service we ended up buying an additional pair of earrings. Overall the service is good and the location is convenient.---- Nov 21 Update: We brought a ring to be repaired and we deeply regretted it. It took them weeks just to have an estimate and once they did the value of the repair was almost the value of the ring. They have been slow to respond and rude when they do. What a shame!
