I visited my local Earnest Jones to enquire about a Tudor watch, however I was advised that this particular store wasn’t one of the 12 Tudor stores which range Tudor. I then decided to place the order for the watch I was after online, only to have notification 2 days later, that the order had been cancelled due to no stock allocation. Feeling a bit disheartened, I then returned to my local Earnest Jones to see if they could double check any of the Tudor stores, and they said the Milton Keynes branch and one other had a unit showing as available, but that it could have been either a return or reserved for someone else. Nevertheless they sent an email on my behalf to the store to enquire about the stock status. I then received a call from Donna at the MK branch very soon after, and the whole experience was simply fantastic despite being a remote transaction. She felt sincerely empathetic to my cancelled order - The urgency in which she investigated the cancelled order and the available unit in their stock was hugely appreciated. Her communication felt very personal, professional and courteous and was very swift and efficient throughout the entire interaction. She even called me after closing hours to double check I’d received her confirmation email and to ensure it got delivered to the correct address. Despite being 80 miles away from the store, I think I will endeavour to always transact with Donna at this MK branch - levels above other retailers and branches I’d visited. Hybrid retailing done right. Thank you Donna for your excellent effort and enthusiasm to ensure I had the best experience possible.

Visited the shop this afternoon and the service we received from Sammie was absolutely wonderful. She was listening to our needs, answering all our questions, letting us try different watches, offering different options. It was a great experience. Thank you so much for your help today!

We have been to Leslie Davies in Milton Keynes several times lately and purchased a necklace, earrings, rings, and a TAG Heuer watch. During this time every single staff member has been absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcomed. Special thanks to George who always found time for us and provides brilliant customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff at this branch deserve a lot of credit for outstanding customer service.
