   I got a helix peircing yesterday and it was such a waste of money. They use a push on back and not a flat back first of all and second of all the earring was no where near long enough which makes it impossible to clean and gives it no room to swell. I tried to change it for one of my own earnings but it was too irritated and swollen so I have to let it close. You are so much better off going to get it pierced and a tattoo shop.

   I had my daughter’s ears pierced and they were super quick. Both were done at the same time so reduced the fear factor. They use the one use system so no risk of infection. They were very professional and great with the kids. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting there young ones pierced. Thank you

   It was a very good experience for me. I had 3 new piercings done in my ears. The lady who did it was very kind and precise. She carefully planned where the holes would be. So that they would look as beautiful as possible. Although the shop was busy, she still took enough time for the process, coordinated everything with me and informed me about everything. The pain was negligible. I got beautiful earrings, thank you!

   Terrible...Really poor experience here, my daughter had her ears pierced and not only did the gun misfire, causing pain and distress, but it was redone too far away from lobe and now looks ridiculous. Need to get that ear pierced again after 8 weeks of healing and a daughter who is scared to go and get it sorted. Do not go here. Offered me a refund and £14 gift card. Insult.

   I've always come to Lovisa when ever I'm going to a Christmas party or a big event. Their Jewellery is cheap for one use. they have a huge variety to carter any outfit you are wearing or any piercing you have. one member notice me looking at the cheap ear rings and advised me they sale real sliver and gold for long wear then these. I really appeached that but i was only after something to go with my outfit for the Royal variety show. I found what i was after and i just enjoy going into the shop just to get ideas or see what is trending.

   I initially came in to enquire about a piercing, however it was Gabbys attention right from when I entered the store to when I left that made me circle back and get it done. She made the whole process so easy, was a great personality to experience and assured me the pain was zero to none. Gabbys personality and general care is why I will return to Lovisa.

   I have many piercings however, this is by far the worst pain, the woman that did it was lovely however and helpful they are in line however…. They have pierced it with way too small of a bar now I can’t fit any “normal” size earrings in it. I’ve had to try and stretch them it’s been the worst pain of a piercing I have had and now I’m stuck with one that I’ve managed to stretch and the other that I’ve had to leave the normal earring in because it was simply way to painful and I’m now having to go else where to get them fixed!!

   Today I went in to get 4 piercings with the lovely lady CJ, two in the lobes and two in the cartilage. CJ made me feel nothing but comfortable and was so kind and sweet with the procedure! She explained how to look after them, I’m currently about to put the lotion on to clean them and they feel really good. Thank you so much to CJ and the team today for all their help, sadly I didn’t get the names of the other two ladies that were there but I had my piercing around 4:30pm. Wonderful group of ladies, and I look forward to having my next piercing with yourselves! -Sydney
