   Excellent customer service. One of the stones in my bracelet fell out, and they promptly replaced it with a new bracelet. Every staff member was lovely—very pleasant vibe in the shop. I normally shopped online, but now I think I’ll start popping into your store instead.

   How ones opinion can change in one visit. I have been buying jewellery for my wife from this store for many years. On reflection I have litteraly spent thousands in this store. I have always recieved great service, when I have been spending money. This all changed today. We returned today because a clasp on a braclet I had purchased had failed and wanted I to see if we could get it repaired. A Simple request I thought. I quite expected to pay a fee because it was a favourite of my wife's I was happy to do so. Before I go on, I should state that every time I have purchased an item they have taken all of my details and the specifics of the item. OK. The lady was quite flabergated that we were asking for a repair. She asked all of the usual details about when we purchased it but this was immaterial as all we wanted was for it to be repaired. This seemingly caused further confusion as she could not find the item on there previous stock listing. So much so she challenged me as to where I had bought it. She then accepted I had purchased it at the MK Store and stated she could only offer a refund? I explained that I had purchased the item as part of a set and did not want a refund as my wife really liked the items. Next the response was , we don't do repairs any more. This stopped with covid. It was then suggested we take the item to another shop in MK Centre as that's where they sent there repairs. Pardon? She then reverted to stating she could not find any proof of purchase.....I was beginning to move from a faithful customer to being a highly annoyed customer. OK so where is this other store for repairs. ( After all that's all I had gone to Swaroski MK for) Directions were given and we left the store. Not happy at all. When we found this other store there were was much sucking of teeth and were told that it would have to be sent away and it would take many weeks and a price could not be given. Because this store was unknown to us we decided to try elsewhere. Walking back through MK Centre for various reasons we were drawn to F W HINDS. While my wife was looking at various bits of jewellery, I asked an assistant if they did repairs. BIG CHANGE OF SERVICE HERE. Yes we do what's the problem? I showed the assistant the bracelet and the problem. ( Please be aware the bracelet is still in its original Swarovski box). "Oh I think I can help" was the reponce. "Can you give me 5 minutes?" No problem was my reply. Guess what, she fixed the braclet. How much I asked? It only took 5 minutes I can't charge but could you buy two polishing cloths? Certainly, this did not even cost £5.00. How is that for service! For those if you who have read thus far here is my point. Swarovski MK .Great at taking your money, but thats it. No customer after service once they have taken your money. 1 out of 10 for customer service. Plus. A Very un happy customer. Will I return? What do you think? J D Hinds....10 out if 10.    Looking for a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. The assistant was really lovely and helpful. Made to feel very comfortable in the shop and enjoyed the shopping experience. Would definitely return to shop there again.
