My finance purchased my engagement ring from this store and proposed christmas eve. Unfortunately the ring was a bit big so we returned it to the store on 27th dec and was told it would take up until 1st Feb to come in. Bit of a long wait in my opinion, he returned to the store on 1st Feb, no ring, was told it will be a few days. We are now on the 8th Feb, still no ring!! I've never been able to wear my engagement ring, I feel embarrassed when people ask to see the ring. I would never recommend buying from this store
I don’t normally leave any reviews, especially a bad one, but I feel compelled this time. I had a very horrible experience trying to exchange a faulty pendant that I bought online at the Milton Keynes branch, one staff with black spiky hair with glasses was extremely unprofessional in dealing with me, she made me feel like I had done a crime by coming to the store for an exchange. I end up leaving without exchanging it. Looks like this is not an isolated case either, there seem to be other complaints of customers facing similar experiences with this particular staff. Whoever is in charge of training staff for customer service, might wanna put this particular member of staff on a few more courses to teach them how to deal with customers.
Disgusting store and customer service. We bought a wedding ring for my partner for our wedding in October. Tried on a ring and we loved it. The size seemed too big which we queried. We were told it fitted fine although we weren't sure. But we were also told the size down they don't do ( yet the size down is available to order online we have since seen!!! ) however we took the ring that day. Got it home and noticed a mark on it, also my partner was adamant it was too big so he tried to return it. They wouldn't refund it and still said they don't have that size available. The woman in store told my partner he was annoying her and didn't want to deal with him anymore. Absolutely shocking behaviour. How rude!!! So now we are stuck with a credit that we don't want to spend with such a disgusting company!!! Not once was it mentioned you cannot return your items for a refund.
Terrible customer service! Usually love warren james so I went in there with my cousin on 03/04/22. I was telling her how great it was, the lady at the counter was leaning on the counter, not approachable at all but I asked if I could measure my finger for a ring. She scowled at me and in the rudest tone asked if I was actually going to buy something.. I said I wasn't sure yet but the look on my face must have expressed how taken back I was by her rudeness as she quickly said it was covid policy that she couldn't measure my finger unless I was purchasing something.. a stupid policy if that is the case as I don't see how the risk would increase based on whether I purchased something or not, or how difficult it is to sanitise the equipment if necessary ... Anyway me and my cousin left the store immediately.. I didn't want to buy anything after how rude she was, and I don't plan on returning. Sad really as I was a regular customer
Customer service was awful. The women that served us was very rude, she rolled her eyes at me when I went to find the name of the ring and was really unhelpful and snappy with my girlfriend, we left the store despite wanting to buy a ring as we no longer wanted to support the shop after such poor customer service . Seems to be a common problem with the store upon reading the reviews
