Nicole was fantastic. She pierced my ears today and was so gentle and thorough and I can’t recommend her enough!
I visited the Bedford Store yesterday to get my son's ear pierced and was served by Saskia, she was super friendly and kind to my 7 year old son who was a little anxious, she was very patient with him and even got the help from another friendly staff member who showed my son her many piercings which put him at ease. Happy to have chosen this store for the piercing.
Absolutely terrible experience today at Claire's. The employee that was working there today was incredibly rude and had atrocious customer service skills. I was waiting in the queue for ages and she was on the phone at the ear piercing section, I just reminded her I was in the queue just in case she didn't see me, completely blanked me, then she got off the phone and was speaking to a customer there and just kept looking over and giving me evil looks. The least she could have done was say 'sorry I'll be with you in a second', horrible lady
