   I was a little worried to order because the reviews are all over the place with this site. Here’s my experience: My order came complete, in good condition, and in the time frame selected. I received an initial order confirmation email but was not notified when it was sent. However, I used Shop to pay during checkout and you can track your package through the shop app. Overall, I think this is a great, trustworthy website to order from. I already placed a second order. If my opinion changes, I’ll update my review.

   order#EL28803. Dress To Impress Series 1 Mystery Doll with Exclusive DLC Code. There was no doll inside the parcel. Only the outside casing was there....image attached herewith! I had requested for a refund and have so far received no reply(2 months over by now)

   Disgusting company ordered a car seat base for my new born never arrived was told I won't get a refund as parcel force say it has been. 2 months of emails little or no response from them. Dont use this company for anything. I'm know out of pocket £100 because of them and they pride themselves on family values

   Fraud company. I ordered items for my friend's baby shower. I have been contacting them for the last 2 months and they have made excuses to why the products never arrived and told me to wait as they are experiencing delays due to brexit. Its now been over 2 months and my friend never received the items. This company is a scam company. Avoid purchasing with them.

   Earthlets gained me one of the worst shopping experiences: the product I ordered back in January never arrived in Germany and got returned to Earthlets UK warehouse. Since February I've been waiting for the refund of my money but I get flimsy excuses instead. Do yourself a favor and buy your stuff somewhere else
