   They've washed the dog well which is what I'm after, the inside reception area that I believe they had initially intended to turn into a cafe needs some modernisation as it isn't particularly attractive on the eye. Other than that they seem to wash our lab well, and I got booked in a few days in advance which due to the time of year (start of December) is unusual for most places. £25 for a lab isn't bad either
