Beautiful holiday park, staff great, clean and well spaced out between the lodges in the quieter part of the park, lodge was stunning, so spacious, everything you could need, fantastic, been a few times now

This is a lovely site that let's itself down. We stayed in a lodge that currently overlooks a lovely green field, however that field has been laid with services for potential new units therefore soon it would loose the view. The lodge was beautiful and felt luxurious however some of the items were very below par, the mattress on the beds were the cheapest that I have ever slept (or rather couldn't sleep) on. As soon as I sat on it it squished flat as a pancake, every time either myself or my husband moved the full bed wobbled keeping each other awake. There wasn't a vanity table/mirror with accessible plugs only one full sized mirror in the hallway. There is plenty to do in the area if like us you enjoy looking around country houses & even the Midlands RAF museum, Shrewsbury itself is also beautiful and well worth a visit we used the Park and ride which was convenient and well worth the £2 per person. Note if you are travelling to the site don't use the postcode they supply, they don't work use instead SY4 4BJ which will get you to the beginning of their very long driveway.

Stayed for a week in a hottub lodge. Park and area is very well maintained and made for a relaxing stay. Lodge was clean and as advertised. Hot tub was lovely and gave us much needed recharge time. Swam a few times in the pool which as described by some reviewers is a little dated and not the warmest of pools but acceptable experience for just swimming. We had a great stay here while exploring Shrewsbury which is a short car journey away. Lovely place to eat and drink on site.

Arrived today Hot tub not working No offer of alternative lodge. Only response was do you want to cancel. Much needed holiday Hot tub essential So disappointing Noisy site with road and railway nearby Many things in lodge not working properly Most lodges privately owned Not a good experience Think twice before booking here

Beautiful place, friendly people. Only thing was the problem with the hot tub ( specifically got a lodge with a hot tub as I love them, and it was a 2 night birthday gift) the hot tub took over 6 hours to heat up

My husband and I have took our Caravan there for years . No good for families but great for couples who just want to chill . The Croft is fabulous the food is wonderful and the staff are really friendly and helpful .

Restful time sitting by the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful with clean showers and toilets which are open 24/7. There's a pool and steam room for those that like tgat sort of thing plus large area to walk around on site. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Loved our fully serviced pitch. Lovely and quiet apart from the field behind us had a bird scaring cannon that kept going off, woke us up and scared my new puppy. Wouldn't book that put pitch again though

We came here on our honeymoon and was was not disappointed. We were met by the most friendly and helpful ladies on reception. A few minor faults but reported and dealt with. The lodge was extremely clean and well equipped. We were shown how to use the hot tub thoroughly, and what a joy that was, used every day in lovely weather. When got to the lodge we were supplied with slippers, plenty of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet roll, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, hoover, mop and bucket and brushes also supplied. A complimentary bottle of prosecco was also waiting for us. The site was spotless apart from around the fishing lake with dog poo all over it. Seeing the rabbits, squirrels, robin's first thing in the morning was lovely. Plenty of koi carp in the lake and the ducks. All in all was a fantastic honeymoon and would certainly recommend
