Absolute disgrace of a yard Your expected to turn in a yard that has stock and rubbish all over the place. The forklift driver is about as arrogant and helpful as a chocolate fireguard.

Whilst a good store there are a few extremely annoying issues. 1. A constant loud alarm that is always sounding all the time every time I've visited. It's unbearable if you have sensory issues. My children with autism will be unable to visit this store and suggest you consider this issue before visiting if you are taking anyone with sensory issues. 2. Being trapped in the store if you don't want to make a purchase. On a few occasions the store didn't have what we needed and I believe it's a company policy to make it hard to leave without a purchase as there is no exit other than through a till. People do not like to feel trapped or pressured to make a purchase and have to queue with other purchasers to get out. Especially those with push chairs or mobility issues who cannot just squeeze past. Recently we had an issue with a child needing to exit who needed to use the toilet and had no quick way of leaving the shop. Please leave a till open for exiting. I expect this process is in place to reduce shoplifting but you should take other measures rather than apply this inconvenience at the expense of other shoppers.

Loudly shouting out in a passive aggressive tone "Nothing to declare?" When I was exiting your store was very rude. Never have I been in any store and got accused of stealing before for walking out empty handed. You didn't have the item I was looking for. I could think of a dozen other ways to say "Thanks for shopping with us" or "Thanks for looking" or even a "Not find what you were looking for?". I've bought from this store plenty in the past, but you either profiled me for what I was wearing today, or presumed because I wasn't purchasing anything that I might be stealing, because of this interaction I don't feel like returning again. Genuinely did not appreciate this at all. What a way to talk to your customers.

This is twice now I have had to go back to store to argue over charges. As they now charge different prices at the till. You now can't see when they scan. Might only be pence but that is my hard earned money. Never again sort yourself out.

I do find the baby selection for younger babies to be quite limited but otherwise pretty good store where you can get most things

As far as these stores go, it's okay but the shop layout makes no sense.. it feels like there's not enough out of the shelves and aisles feel generally empty and full of random bits that don't nessasarily belong together.

The last point to visit a B&M before crossing the Welsh border. Great for last minute purchases of novelty gnomes or essential multipacks of air wick candles. I also bought a box of lucky charm cereal. Bargain.
