Unfortunately I needed two visits this week, but was met with the absolutely fantastic Faye who deserves a special mention. She handled my call back efficiently, within 15 mins of phoning. She was so helpful and reassuring in both appointment and over the phone, explaining every step of the way. She is a true credit to the nhs :)”
