A couple of receptionists came across a bit blunt on the phone/in person, a friendly tone and a smile goes a long way. The nurse Dorothy was wonderful. Even though I was late for my appt, she met me with kindness, patience and respect, and I was so grateful for this. Overall this service deserves 5 stars. Thanks guys!”
