“My car had started to judder and been doing so on and off for a week or so but I had ignored the warning believing it was in need of a service. The judder got worse to the point where I was concerned and the car had been sold. I rang Amo at Netherton Automotive Services Limited and informed him about the problem, I was asked to drive over to his garage so he could look more closely at the car. By the time I pulled up on the garage forecourt two warning lights had appeared, one an engine icon and the other was EPC orange warning light. Amo came over to the car plugged his machine/computer into the car, diagnosing the issue, he informed me there was a problem with the ignition coils. Immediately he got onto his mobile phone and ordered two new ignition coils, around an hour later they arrived and fitted into my car by Amo. I did a test drive and the car was back to its normal working order. I was extremely impressed with the speed and service I received as I was seen immediately helped and my car put right. If I had called Seat Dealership or VW Dealership I would have been given an appointment weeks in advance. My car had been repaired and working correctly, allowing me to go ahead with the sale of the car on the same day. So I would definitely recommend this Garage for support with your car.”

“Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's. This is not simply about getting my car fixed, it is also about the genuine nature of this place. I have already recommended this garage to family members and I will definitely be using this place from now on. Thanks again all...I appreciate it so very much :-) x”

“Absolutely fantastic service! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful when my daughter’s tyre valve stem snapped. He quickly replaced it without any fuss and fitted three new tyres at a great price. He even went above and beyond by replacing all the valve stems free of charge! It’s rare to find such an honest and genuine garage that truly cares about its customers. I can’t recommend this place enough — thank you so much for the excellent service!”

“Spot on Job! First time using Carsmetic. Popped over for a quick estimate and I was greeted by Stuart, very friendly and nice bloke. We had a chat about what I wanted doing which was, front bumper full respray, bonnet fixing and painting and blending it all in. He gave me a reasonable price to do the work and booked me in. Over the few days he had my car he kept me updated with the progress, I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Then gave me a phone call when it was all finished. When I went there to pick my car up I could see straight away the great job he had accomplished. Came out and had a chat and I couldn’t be more happy. Everything is blended in amazingly, could never tell the bumper was black before I took it to him. Will definitely be recommending and coming back in the future!”

“Absolute professional. Ben is trusted with numerous million pound goodwood race cars for good reason. A great deal of care to firstly assess the vehicle to be mapped and verify all the necessary base line items are in place such as correct fuel pressure oil pressure etc all before even touching the rollers. Extremely thorough mapping process making sure it’s all optimised and not just punching for a top end power number to impress the armchair enthusiasts. Has worked on several cars of mine all with different ECU types and even on methanol fuel . All work done faultlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others , and everyone I know who has used Ben has been happy with the work done.”

Went to a different Aircon "specialist" and they "vacuum tested" it and just gassed it but a month later when it started getting warm outside and I could test the Aircon, it wasn't working. I came to this place instead and did a proper pressure test instead of a vacuum test and highlighted the issue almost immediately. Very good price as well so I can definitely recommend.”
