“Excellent service. I'm a lady owner and I popped in asked for help adding antifreeze to my Peugeot 107. James whose dad owns the garage was fantastic as I had a bad experience with a garage up the road initials KF and he sorted out my problem within 5 minutes he just added the antifreeze at no extra charge but I will definitely be back for my full service and will recommend the excellent customer service and this garage to anyone. I live locally and it's nice to find honest and hard working small garages still exist and also doing such big service for the community and surrounding areas.”

“Why choose independent companies over a chain? Because they care and will try everything to ensure your car is fixed and fixed quickly. Yesterday my brakes were making a noise, this wasn't what I wanted as I was due to go away the next day towing a caravan. I went to Bayliss Garage late in the afternoon and they quickly identified the problem, got a new set of brakes delivered within the hour and by 0900am today I've got new brakes, and more importantly can go on holiday. “Finally I found a garage that I can trust and it's local. After a last minute cancellation by a franchise garage, friend of mine recommended Kwik Fit Bearwood. I never used Kwik Fit and I was ripped off by the previous garage last year (they failed my MOT for windscreen wipers and then charged me £70 for fitting a new one), I was very anxious about this MOT. The first impression of the branch was clean and staff were professional and friendly. The branch's manager Steve Turner was amazing! When I went back to collect my car, Steve greeted me in the office and talked me through my MOT report and explained clearly what works will be required in the future and when they will be due. First time ever I felt so happy after MOT. If there is a silver lining to the cancellation by the other garage, it's that I finally found a local garage that I can trust.
