“I would like to post a review about how well I was looked after by Mr Abedin through out my treatment. He gave me reassurance both through the original consultation right up to the day of my operation which Mr Abedin carried out himself. He explained all aspects of how my operation would be performed and how I would feel in recovery. I can say that the operation was successful and my recovery is just as he said it would be. I can say that I felt that I was in safe hands always through out pre and post op with Mr Abedin. It is good to know that the excellence of these Consultant/Surgeon's are available to us. “Lovely practice, easy to get same day phone appointment, you dont get an out of order or gave to hang on the phone for an hour. Their system recognises your place in the queue and the receptionist calls you back. When I couldn't have access to phone during the day they listened and ensured I was offered after 5pm appointments. Dr's are helpful, nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Much better than my last GP practice that my husband is still with.”

“I was referred to Stourside by my GP, following years of back problems and finally complaining as it began to effect my broadr health. The whole process at Stourside has been flawless, my care and treatment has been second to none, right from my initial consultation, to follow up scans and xrays and finally to being admitted to have Sacroliol Injections. Quite scary to go into Theatre to have injections in your spine while you are awake. The team were amazing, Dr Rayen was so lovely, calming and really put me ease, we even had a laugh and a joke while I was in theatre! He is a lovely man and obviously very skilled, as I am now pain free for the first time in years! The nurses and support staff were all great as well, facilities clean and comfortable. Sister Tracey looked after the day of my proedure, best Sister ever - makes the best Cuppa! Thank you all :) (Writing it here, as I'm not sure my patient feedback came through!)”

“Words could never express the gratitude I have for The senior practitioner at links medical practice. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter helping us to get referred for adhd- while others services refused my daughter an assessment, this lady spent two whole days to help us with our right to choose. She kept me up to date every single step of the way, made me feel seen, understood and heard from a mile away, she helped me to feel empowered, and that my voice matters and I can fight for a diagnosis for my diaphyses despite being rejected else where! I’m so thankful that she’s part of our doctor’s surgery, she is an absolute credit to our practice. “I’ve just finished my first year of driving and was insured with my policy during this time and any issues I ever had were resolved rather quick by their customer service team I did have to make a complaint once however this was resolved next business day and resulted in an adequate solution being found for myself. For anyone considering this company I would say so long as your not planning to drive like a numpty then u should be fine I was accidentally speeding towards the end of my policy they rung me we had a conversation about it and they said all is good just be more careful in future overall never had any major issues with them.”
