“Had my hair cut here for around 5 years. After my first visit here, I realised how basic my cut was at my previous barbers. I've had appointments with most of the barbers, but I usually see Lewis. “Hi I saw Natalie for Secret Pro treatment for my droopy eyelids and under eye bags. Natalie is very knowledgeable and very experienced in carrying out this treatment. This was very important to me in deciding whether to go ahead or not. I'm glad that I did as I'm very pleased with the overall results. Results are not immediate and you need to be prepared to wait a good few months before you start noticing the results. This was also explained to me prior to the treatment. I recommend Medizen as it's a Doctor led service and the staff are all highly trained. Natalie has been absolutely brilliant at putting me at ease and ensuring my comfort and safety are maintained throughout the procedure.”

“I had an incredible stay at The Belfry, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or attentive. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made the whole experience feel special. The food was outstanding — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or snacks throughout the day, everything was consistently high quality. The gym was well-equipped, spotless, and perfect for keeping on top of my routine while away. The spa was another highlight: relaxing and the ideal place to unwind. The treatments were exceptional, and the atmosphere was calming from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Chloe and Sarah, who were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond and are a real credit to The Belfry. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough — a flawless stay from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning!”
