General repairs in Solihull

“I had an issue with my old boiler and Martyn came round to have a look. He did something to it and told me it be fine for a while longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. I will also be booking them to do my yearly boiler inspections.”

“Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. You will not be disappointed.”

“Paul has just completed updating our downstairs cloakroom for a sensible price. Work included removal of all old fittings, building a bespoke unit to house the new cistern, fitting new toilet, sink, cupboard, etc, tiling and redecorating. Gave excellent advice on choice of new equipment. Very professional, friendly, punctual and excellent communication. Highly recommended.”

“My old Neff oven decided to die! I found A&A appliance on Google reviews. I sent a message on their website and within half an hour Steve had telephoned us saying that he would call the next day. Our cooker is 18 years old, Steve had the parts on his van! He replaced the top element and the fan motor , and all was working perfectly in under an hour! So glad I found this company, Steve has been working in this industry for 48 years and certainly knows his stuff. He repairs all makes of washing machines too. No up front call out fee. Reasonable charge & 12 month guarantee. I highly recommend A&A Appliance care.”

“Ian was amazing, very thorough job. Would highly recommend.”

“I would just like to say a massive thank you to Christian from City Heating UK Services Ltd Solihull. I have had 2 other companies try to fault find the issue with my boiler with no luck. Christian took a logical and methodical approach to identify the fault and promised to get the parts and install them on the same day which he did at 7pm on a Friday evening. I now have a warm house and a heating engineer that I can trust and will use again.”

“My husband and I bought a bungalow in Solihull. The work included the construction of a kitchen and a large porch extension, renovations and modernising throughout and a new bathroom. We were very happy with Graham and his building team. They worked everyday through the winter and added the large kitchen extension that created a wonderful open kitchen space with fantastic bi-fold doors leading into the garden. The workmanship was first class and exactly to our brief and instruction. We hope that Morrall Construction will work for us in the future and we would highly recommend Graham and his team to carry out building work. Steph R. Solihull”
