“Went today for a tooth extraction, had the best experience ever .Michelle put me at ease as I was extremely nervous, as the last time I’d had extractions it was my wisdoms at the Alex and that wasn’t a good experience. I didn’t even feel the local anaesthetic being injected , it was all over in minutes . Then later on she gave my daughter her check up and my daughter has special needs and is very frightened of the chair but again Michelle was very comforting and made it a good experience for my daughter .
