“I used J K Cleaning Services in February to clean the carpets when we moved into a new property. They smelt of the previous owners dog and I thought we may have to replace all of the carpets, but Karl did a great job in getting them looking and smelling like new and fit us in at really short notice. I used J K Cleaning last week again to clean my sofas. We've done quite a lot of DIY and they were full of dust and dirt. Again, Karl did a great job and got them looking like new. Highly recommended company, great professional job at a good price. Thank you!”

“Went in to the Redditch branch to look for a car seat. It was very busy at the time we went in and we went to queue to ask if anyone could help. There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment. He came over and could not have been more helpful! He even tried the seat in our car and took time to show us how it all worked as there were all sorts of different buttons! We purchased the seat so he went and got us a brand new one from out the back and fitted that one in the car for us too! I think his name was Scott and was just covering that store for the day as they were short staffed. His knowledge and customer service skills were 10/10. He didn't rush us every though he was clearly busy. What a great experience!!! He really put our minds at rest that we had chosen a safe seat for our little girl :)”

“Matt has just left after professionally cleaning our double oven, the work was carried out at a very high standard. As well as making the ovens extremely clean, in fact it looks like new again. The service provided was exactly as was stated when I made the original request via Facebook, Matt was running early and text to see if it was convenient if he arrived early.
