The staff are super helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help if I’ve forgotten to order on time! They also have a great range of dried treats suitable for all sizes which is great for me! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“WOW!!! Having been let down on several occasions from our long standing groomers we booked here. What a fabulous experience!! Our Belle is a nervous dog so we were anxious. When we entered we immediately felt at ease, such a fuss was made of Belle, staff were so friendly and it was obvious they adored dogs. When we collected Belle she looked amazing, sounds crazy but she looked 5 years younger. She had been shaved ( first time ever ) tail shaped and ears trimmed. We opted for the spa treatments and were so happy with the results. A brand new style of cut. Will recommend to all our doggy friends, this groom room is a little gem.”

Staff went out of their way to help me with items out of my reach several times and showed no sign of being irritated by having to stop what they were doing to help me . Staff at this location have worked here for years so I think that the manager must be running a nice working environment for them or we would see staff changes as we do at some other stores .”
