“I don’t even know where to start. These guys are amazing. I called them the day a patch of my paint came off and arrived at their garage around 9pm. These guys work so hard and long hours. They repaired the paint of my car super quickly over the weekend so that didn’t disturb my work in the week. Khan was amazing, put me at ease and I trusted him and his team 100%. My car is spotless and I couldn't be happier. What a gem of a company! These guys are amazing and I’m so glad I found them! I would give them 10 stars if I could! “I entrust my Mercedes C250 to Saeed for a number of reasons; he is honest and won’t tell me work needs doing when it doesn’t, he is professional and always shows patience and courtesy when we speak and he is an expert when it comes to German cars, particularly Mercedes and BMW. He is fair with his pricing. Your service history can be maintained digitally on the Mercedes database by him and all work comes with 12 month warranty. He looks after all our family cars. The shop was clean, it wasn't crowded, the atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant and nigel was fantastic. I showed him what I wanted and he did me an absolute service. He's a proper man of the community which by today's standards, is rare. I loved the haircut, the experience and the conversation so much so, I tipped extra, because the prices in today's climate was absolutely affordable and with lasting words... worth every penny. “Why choose independent companies over a chain? Because they care and will try everything to ensure your car is fixed and fixed quickly. Yesterday my brakes were making a noise, this wasn't what I wanted as I was due to go away the next day towing a caravan. I went to Bayliss Garage late in the afternoon and they quickly identified the problem, got a new set of brakes delivered within the hour and by 0900am today I've got new brakes, and more importantly can go on holiday. Keep our small business's independent and use them. I cannot fault any part of my experience.”

“Have to give a big thank you to Andre and the team. I took in my Audi Q7 2007 plate to them with suspension issues and a big oil leak from the engine. They sorted out everything in a timely and professional manner and the costs were a lot less than I’d been quoted by other mechanics.
