I was recommended Livewell by family and was booked in immediately the day after the GP told me to see a physiotherapist. I was looked after by Rosie who was friendly and informative, explaining each of her actions and how each area was connected, as well as how it contributed towards my pain. I feel much more relaxed and aware of the areas I hold tension, and plan to make more appointments in the future.
