“From the moment I made contact with the team at Solihull, It seemed that I mattered. At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.”
