“Five years ago I was at rock bottom and my doctor gave me this link. I contacted them and they came back to me with an appointment to see one of their counsellors, Dave. I was given the option to see a female but decided to stay with Dave. How very glad I am that I did because for once a week for ten weeks, an hour at a time, Dave gradually made me feel human again, very gently but really strongly. I shall be forever grateful to him, he's a wonderful person and 'got me' straightaway.”

“I recently stayed in Airedale Hospital which resulted in renal cancer diagnosis and kidney removal. The treatment I received from A&E through to seeing the consultant and final operation was fast and efficient. The staff in Urology department in particular my consultant Mr Koenig went the extra mile to look after me and brought my operation forward as they could see I was very unwell. I was very impressed with the support staff who looked after me while I recovered.”
