“We have just collected our dog from Andy’s today after she has spent a week there. This was her first decent stay with him and his family, after having a couple of trial days previously. “we came today to buy a few goldfish for our pond and came home with the most beautiful fish. they had a huge selection from comets to higher grade fancy goldfish. the prices were also a lot lower that everywhere else starting from only £2.40. the owners were very nice, the lady let us pick any fish and they both were very helpful. they even had birds like cockatiels, canaries ext and beautiful koi. had the best experience here, now probably our favourite aquatic shop.”

“Absolutely delighted to have had this place recommended to me by my dog trainer. We have an incredibly anxious cockapoo and I never really believed we'd be able to leave her happily. She had a day visit to Croftmount followed by just a one night stay to see how she got on before we booked her in for longer. She ate well, looked relaxed in the photographs of her outside and even enjoyed cuddles. When we went to pick her up she went over to the lady who'd been looking after her to give her a nose bump first before she enthusiastically greeted us. I feel 100% confident leaving my dog at Croftmount and recommending it to others.”

“I have a pet cockatiel and she suddenly became really poorly after 2 weeks of getting her. There are no avian vets local to me and I wasn't able to travel far, so a friend recommended this place to me. I went on Monday and discussed to the man all the symptoms the bird was showing. He listened to everything and gave me advice and also gave me some antibiotic for the cockatiel. She is now much healthier again and flying around like normal. They have great customer service and are such lovely people.”

“Brilliant and friendly. Knowledgeable and spoke about the different qualities of wine. Highly recommended place for any wine lover. Many price points also, So affordable for all. They do a "mix six" which can end up saving you quite a bit if you want a few bottles. Each bottle will be reduced in price. Just a reference to the sizes of the bottles of wine. I just bought two "Magnum" sized bottles which equates to 2 bottles or 1.5ltrs per bottle. They have a few of a larger variety.”

“Absolutely love Chris. My little girl Skye loves him so much and it’s very clear he loves her too and it’s not just a job to him. She’s so excited when he comes to pick her up and I’ve seen her in person out on a walk with him and her friends and she’s a completely different dog. She’s confident and in her own little world. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. The daily emails after a walk with pictures of the walk make me smile. I love seeing her having the time of life. She’s a tiny dog and can be nervous at times with other dogs, but size doesn’t bother her when out with Chris. He’s done amazing to boost her confidence and I really couldn’t ask for anything better. The staff were polite, friendly, and clearly care about the animals. Just a tip: make sure to use the full address when heading there, as there’s no sign and my sat nav tried to take me to a nearby farm shop. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Our dog absolutely adores Jemma. He has somehow worked out which days she is coming and sits whining at the door until she arrives, at which point he almost explodes with excitement. She takes such good care of all the dogs she walks, gives them tasty homemade healthy treats on the walks, makes sure they have water and is always conscious of their well-being (e.g. checking the dogs when it is hot to make sure that they aren't overheating). I don't know what we would do without her and I think our dog would be absolutely heartbroken if he couldn't see her anymore! 10/10 best dog walker.”
