From my first consultation with Ella I felt immediately reassured that I had made the right decision to call in and have my treatment done there. I had many tags under both my arms that I had removed at the same time. . I experienced very minor discomfort that was totally bearable during the process and then some stinging ( but I did have a lot of work done) that lasted no more than an hour. After that I had no issues whatsoever. In 2 weeks most of the tags had dropped off and my skin healed very quickly. At my follow up appointment there were still one or two tags that I preferred to have removed and Ella booked me in at no extra cost to have the procedure done. Katie did the follow up treatment and I had no problems at all. I am delighted with the outcome and there is hardly any obvious signs that I have had anything done. The staff at Manor Health have a very professional and caring approach. The customer service and communication is excellent and I will use their services again in the future.”
