“Christine is absolutely wonderful. She's so easy to talk to, has a very calming presence about her, even over the phone/webcam. I only used Christine's services for a few weeks, as with her help we were able to get to the source of my problem after just a few sessions. Christine used the sessions to help me to bring more structure and routine into my days, to be more mindful and patient, to be more appreciative of the good things in life, and to just generally have a more positive outlook. I don't feel that hypnotherapy worked for me, but Christine was very thorough and flexible in the way she approached the therapy, and still managed to help me anyway.
