Every single member of staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Travelling with our two Frenchies, Clouseau and Cato, can sometimes be a challenge, but the hotel could not have been more welcoming. The thoughtful touches in the room including a beautiful birthday platter, a dog bed, and a toy made the stay feel incredibly personalised. It’s rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond not only for guests, but for their pets too. A special thank you to Moji, who handled my reservation with absolute excellence and made us feel like VIPs from the start. And of course, credit must go to Billy, whose cocktails were genuinely out of this world some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Clouseau and Cato had the best time, and so did we. As someone who works in hotel management, I can confidently say that Harbour Hotel Brighton sets a high standard for hospitality, service, and guest experience.
