“We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

“I took my parakeet Chippy today to have his nails clipped , he has had them done with Companion Care on several occasions, once again the staff were amazing and have done a great job , for a sometimes grumpy parakeet, he is sooo happy now with his manicurenow all done, many thanks nikki”

“I have to come on here and give 5 stars! Megan who usually works in this eastbourne store was working in my local brighton store today. She helped me with the flea treatments for my cats and provided amazing customer service. Megan was so friendly and professional, my partner and I really enjoyed exchanging cats stories with her!”

“Very friendly and efficient receptionist. Clean surgery, no one waiting and my appointment was bang on time. Parking is free in the street and was easy to find. The Vet was a delightful Greek lady who showed great interest in my cats and was very professional as well as quick and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“We had to use the out of hours emergency vets service for our dog. We were given an appointment straight away leaving us enough time to find the vets in an area we don't know. There was a clients car park, to take away that stress. We had a little wait, but when seen by the vet, she was friendly and professional, explaining her findings and next steps. The only downside was the price, and even though we are covered by insurance it was still expensive.”

“Can't recommend this Pharmacy enough. I booked a travel vaccination appointment the day before I went. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip.
