The ICI focusses on up-skilling existing instructors and keen indoor cyclists with no instruction background and taking them on an evolutionary journey in the latest techniques and skills needed for the studio. I can't speak highly enough of my experiences on the 2 day course (plus pre study online) and the personal confidence it has installed. I can not imagine being any better prepared for the front of the studio in any way....”

“The ducks and other birds on the park lakes are so attractive and they get attracted to the people. Why because they are expecting food from the visitors. If some one is planning to visit the portishead sea side, recommend to keep some food in hands that is liked by birds. Kids can easily find lots of places and amenities here to spend a happy day.”

The site has plenty of parking spaces and the main receptions offers 121 stations and a place to relax. There are also local shops, restaurants, hotels and café all within walking distances.
