“I went to see John Higgs on the recommendation of a friend last Saturday. I had a crash on my bicycle three weeks ago and had severe bruising and a large haematoma on my left thigh as well as other injuries. My GP told me it would take six weeks for me to be back on my bike and I was feeling very dispondent. I have seen John three times in the last six days and the transformation in my condition has been astonishing. As well as the treatment, he has given me some really good advice to continue my rehab and what to look out for in terms of any ongoing issues. I thought my cycling season was ruined but thanks to John I will resume some very gentle training over the weekend and as a result will only miss two events rather than the six I feared.
