“I honestly cannot fault anyone in the team. Reception have always been friendly and very helpful (and funny!) The nurses we have met have been so caring and the vets we have had consultations with have mostly been brilliant. More than once we have unfortunately needed emergency appointments and we have been seen to quickly. We take our puppy here (who had a very rough start in life and Chloe the vet managed to get her referred to Langford) and we also have had to take our 5 rats here on more occasionsthan I'dlike to admit to! In our most recent visit, Kate (who has always been brilliant), went the extra mile and allowed us to request a specific medication on top of their treatment and has ordered it in for us. We are so grateful for everything they have done and I can genuinely say from our experience, we have never once felt like we have been overcharged for the care/treatment we have been given. “I recently had Botox and WOW fusion with Dr Kathryn, I had quite marked brow lines and had thought about getting botox for a while but was very reluctant to, concerned that it might look unnatural. I decided to go for it and I’m so pleased I did. Kathryn was amazing, she took time to discuss what I was hoping to achieve and my concerns about avoiding a frozen look. I couldn’t believe how pain free it was and I’m so pleased with the results. I still have expression, but my lines have almost completely disappeared after 2 weeks and my skin has never looked so good. It’s just the little boost I needed coming up to my 40th! “I went to see John Higgs on the recommendation of a friend last Saturday. I had a crash on my bicycle three weeks ago and had severe bruising and a large haematoma on my left thigh as well as other injuries. My GP told me it would take six weeks for me to be back on my bike and I was feeling very dispondent. I have seen John three times in the last six days and the transformation in my condition has been astonishing. As well as the treatment, he has given me some really good advice to continue my rehab and what to look out for in terms of any ongoing issues. I thought my cycling season was ruined but thanks to John I will resume some very gentle training over the weekend and as a result will only miss two events rather than the six I feared. She's always put me at ease during appointments, which is an achievement as I (used to) get so anxious about the dentist!
