βI can't recommend Helen at Fresh Counselling enough. It's a very nerve-wracking thing finding a counsellor (I had been to see someone else previously and hadn't had as great results). I had a lot of preconceived ideas about what counsellors may be like (serious, scary, maybe a bit intimidating). With Helen it's just like having a normal chat. She's so friendly and obviously very passionate about what she does and has helped me on my journey so much, I can't thank or recommend her enough.β
βHighly recommended very warming an welcoming an very professional, definitely helped in my situation so thank you to Christian for helpingβ
βJulia helped me to understand why I responded to certain things in certain ways. She was always courteous, mindful of my needs, great company, and I felt as though I was chatting with a friend. She helped me to understand and overcome some of the triggers that set me off in a downward spiral. I feel in control of my triggers now. An amazing, positive, kind lady!β
βI had numerous counselling sessions with Simon, and from the first session he made me feel at ease, over the continuing sessions we discussed various topics relating to accident I was involved in. After each session I felt more comfortable discussing the issues and coming to terms with releasing what I would normally hold back. Thank you very much for your help.β
βOli really got me out of a tough spot, his advice and guidance were absolutely critical in helping us get the best possible decision. He was incredibly professional and confidently steered us through the entire process. Iβm genuinely grateful for the outstanding service he provided.β
βOmg Iβve just had the most fantastic experience here, looked after by Tracy and Kathy. I needed to be seen by a dentist prior to open heart surgery later this week. I am a 68 male who is petrified of dentists. I need a tooth out and you can imagine my anxiety levels were through the roof, the experience took two hours thatβs how gentle they were, we go on about the NHS but I can tell you, itβs not the front line staff itβs the organisation that is broken. Tracy and Kathy you are a credit to your profession, ps Iβm the guy going to Portugal I wish you both could come with me. Chris.β
βWonderful organisation, doing some amazing work for families, in schools and prisons as well as through churches... 35 years and going strong!β
βI would like too thank MIND for their help over the past few weeks. I have had regular calls with workbooks and weekly check. I can do much more than I could a few months ago. Thank youβ
