I had a few sensitive issues I was concerned about . He listened, had a tremendous about of empathy and addressed the concerns one by one. “Initially ordered a delivery on rugby day however the delivery time did not meet expectations and had to cancel the order the manager at the store offered me £10 credit due to the inconvenience however a few days later reordered and had an issue online where it didn't give the discount I contacted Louise the manager of the Barry store who told me not to worry she would sort this order with head office. We all make mistakes and mistakes do happen however the way Louise treated me when things went wrong was outstanding and therefore has kept us as a customer!
