When the groomer he had built rapport with was leaving, the business owner offered us to remain with Muddy Pawz and use a new groomer or follow his current groomer to avoid regression: putting our dog’s needs first. We chose to follow his current groomer as she does an amazing job with him and we don’t know whether a new groomer would have the same success, but we feel terrible for leaving as never would have for any other reason. Cannot recommend highly enough. Caring attitude towards doing their best for your dog that goes beyond business.”
