After four months of being out of work, a lot of pain, strong medication and slow referrals from the hospital I started sessions with lizzy. After 5 sessions I was off my medication, back at work and starting to feel like myself again. Lizzy gave me exercises that were tailored to my condition and my body. Her knowledge and advice is priceless. Everyone at the practice is incredibly supportive, friendly and helpful.
