All the Lodgings, Restaurants, Tours, and Countrysides were more than I had expected. Pino and Caroline try to accommodate any requests for food preferences, and go out of their way to provide local foods and and drinks to get the feeling of the local regions. We even got to meet Caroline’s Mom and Dad. The guides were so knowledgeable and fun too. Wish I had taken an extra bag to Scotland to bring home some of the beautiful cashmere….Hoping to plan my 5th trip with them in 2 years.”
